Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least a 24 hour notice via phone or email. We understand that an emergency may prevent you from fulfilling your appointment obligations, however we ask to be notified as soon as possible. Any appointment canceled with less than a 24 hour notice will be considered a missed appointment. The first missed appointment or a cancellation without proper notice will be allowed to re-book an appointment. If an appointment is missed without the proper notification a 2nd time, we will not be able to book future appointments until the missed appointment is paid in full.
Please understand the reason for this policy is to respect our stylists' schedules. Last minute openings are difficult to fill and result in a loss of revenue.
We simply can not book clients that are likely not to show up for scheduled appointments. If a client is unwilling to pay for the missed appointment, but would still like to receive services, the client will be allowed on a "walk-in" basis only.
Service Refunds /Redo Policies: Due to the artistic nature of our business Shear Rituals Salon and Beauty Bar cannot offer refunds on any services performed. Our primary goal is to make you look and feel your best, and we will always work with you to ensure your satisfaction. After 7 days of your visit we are no longer able to offer adjustments. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your services, please contact us within 24 hours so we can remedy the situation.
Product Refunds and Exchanges: Shear Rituals Salon use what we believe are the best products on the market. Should the product you purchased from our salon not completely satisfy you, we welcome are refund with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days we may offer an exchange or credit towards a new product. Credits and exchanges cannot be applied to services.
